Speed Ramps! Super cool and, surprisingly easy to do! I'd highly recommend using higher frame rate footage for this, 120fps is ideal but 60fps would work too!

I am using DaVinci Resolve 16 and you should be too. It's amazing, powerful and free. I only use the free version so everything I show is available without paying a penny.
