RE: Understanding The Cost Of Virtual Investing.

Hi Josediccus,

I'd like to caution you about something I heard here. You seem to be conflating expenses with investments. Not all money spent is invested. Not all investments cost money. For clarity; 'conflating' means putting together two similar but different topics.

By taking the risk to present yourself on here you invest your time; and I would argue that even one minute shared with us on here is incalculably better invested than even one cent spent on a virtual weapon for a game (assuming that the virtual weapon isn't something like an ERC721 token; but I digress).

That being said; buying a virtual weapon in a game might make that game more fun. It might even be a low enough cost and high enough in-game benefit that it's worthwhile. Just remember though that the game developer probably creates those virtual items at no cost. They're as valuable as a puff of smoke. An investment will always give you something which can be converted back to something which can be traded; or help with other means of income.

You're doing great - you earned a new subscriber. :)
