The name of a natural disaster in Bangladesh is the flood. Floods occur in some parts of our country every year, causing resources and crops to be widespread Most of our country is flood prone areas. So by adopting some simple strategies we can reduce the loss of life and property of floods.
Not just dependent on government but we can take some preparation ourselves. Through which we can reduce the amount of damage to our property. Let's take a few simple steps-
It is necessary to try to build a house in a high place, so that even if there is flood, there is little chance of water flowing into the house.
More trees should be planted around the house, so that soil erosion is less.
Tube well will be installed in the high ground, so that the flood does not sink in the water.
Safe places should be used to preserve agricultural crops and seeds, so that agricultural seeds are not wasted.
And we all have to learn to swim, which is a very important in the time of flood.
