My luffah plant died because it got too cold outside for 2 nights here in Florida. So I had to take what was left of the luffahs and start to dry them out. It really is better to dry them out on the vine whenever possible. However sometimes you have to remove them from the vine to dry them out. Which can be tricky and take more time.
