Most of us know that our thoughts are creating our reality. But do we know what our thoughts are made up of, essentially? Words. Words are what our thoughts are made of. We are constantly using words to talk to ourselves, either in a positive or a negative manner. What kind of words are you using to describe your world? Because that's the world you are going to be living in.
