BANANA PANCAKES - VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE - VIDEO


This is delicious, quick, easy, flourless and low-calorie banana breakfast in a snap. Serve this gluten-free and healthy banana pancakes with honey and berries and please everyone.

Crowd pleasing banana pancakes made from scratch, these are phenomenal banana pancakes. A fun twist on ordinary pancakes. You’ll get best results with this recipe if you use ripe bananas. And with just eggs as a binder, you’ll also find it easier to make smaller pancakes: big ones have a tendency to break apart when they’re flipped.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
pinch of cinnamon
Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of baking powder ( optional)
berries & honey to decorate

Directions
Step 1: Blend all the ingredients together or whisk them if you don't have a blender.
Step 2 : Fry your pancakes on medium heat until golden on both sides.
Step 3 : Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add berries. Enjoy!
