End of Days: III. For God So Loved the World

This is the third movement of my oratorio, End of Days, a piece written for solo sopranos, choir and orchestra.

This movement depicts Revelation 14:6-7 when in the midst of judgment, God sends 3 angels:

Then I saw another angel flying directly overhead, with an eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people. And he said with a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water.”

I also have John 3:16:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

For this recording, I used all software instruments and sang both soprano parts myself. The choir was EW Symphonic Choirs, and the orchestra consisted of Berlin Strings, and VSL instruments.

I have the 1st movement written as well, but haven't recorded it yet. The 2nd and 5th movements are still works in progress, and who knows? I may end up adding a couple more movements before this thing is over.

Thanks for listening!
