A warm musical greeting.
As I have already mentioned, in Venezuela we give funny names to the songs, especially to the Merengues. This one in particular is called Patatín Patatan. When someone talks too much, is a bit of a liar or tells a very long story, these two words are used to express the length of that story, it is like saying "1,2,3...etc".... I mean, he talked, he talked, he talked, and if they Patatín , they Patatan.

Un cálido saludo musical.
Como ya te he mencionado, en Venezuela le colocamos nombres graciosos a las canciones, en especial a los Merengues. Este en particular se titula Patatín patatan. Cuando alguien habla demasiado, es un poco mentiroso o cuenta una historia muy larga, se utilizan estas dos palabras para expresar lo largo de esa historia, es como decir "1,2,3...etc" . Osea, y habló, habló, que si patatín patatan.
