Never give up on your goals. I almost gave up on my goals. One of my goals was to lose 12kg and i said to myself thats to much work and then i thought to myself if i dont make a change now then i never will. So i got out of bed and trained my ass of to succeed that goal and guess what, i did succeed and you can to.

Everyday i have new goals and i dont rest until i have accomplished them
I am not saying you should have a new goal everyday, i am saying stick to your goals and carry on working hard and someday your goals will be accomplished
