well @dlivelabs just put up their first official post about their great software for making your @dlive live stream more interactive and interesting for viewers — this tool is very similar to stream labs so if you have used that before for twitch then you will understand some of these features.

We take a walk around in this video at some of the features of @dlivelabs and integrate them into an existing @dlive stream layout that I’m currently building out (I’m doing two hour live stream on dlive as I build out if you wanna hang out and watch along!)
We will be using the browsersource source in obs for talking to a remote url, this is basically an ‘endpoint’ if you like which fetches us data back about our account that we then display live as a source in our scene as an overlay — this means we can customise our stream with some great features which I’ve listed below.
Head over to https://dlivelabs.com to get setup! They use steemconnect so you know that your connection details are safe to share. Right now you can do the following features. . .
- setup current live (a faster way to setup your current live stream)
- chat display (display the chat in your live stream, useful if second monitor)
- vote alert (let’s you know when you had a steem upvote!)
- followers count (show’s the amount of steem followers you have)
- followers alert (if you get a follower in stream you get an alert!)
As you can see from just this list of features this can really make you stream super interactive for the viewers — they can see their chat messages, when they have followed or upvoted and an alert plays letting them know to check out the chat to see who the new follower is! :) SUPER COOL RIGHT?
