Hey guys! I am constantly looking for recipes to tweak for my daughter, Wildstyle who has crazy allergies and food intolerances. This recipe could easily be vegan if you leave our the collagen (as it's only there for gut healing) and swap in coconut oil for the butter. It was a really long day and I must have been focusing on chaos because there was a technical glitch and brain fog, but hey! The bites turned out delicious regardless! 😉
