The first Tesla reached China. The company is now opening up orders for the lower priced version. So far, only the high-performance model was available. The ongoing trade war between the U.S. and China is affecting the car companies and Tesla is no exception. Between tariffs and shipping costs, the car is a lot more expensive in China than the United States.
