Are you in debt? Is your family spitting up due to a divorce or a family death? Have you been fighting with a loved one lately? Maybe you are moving and leaving someone behind. Don't focus on the negative.
My advice for you is to sit your ass down today. Make the time. It will only take 5 minutes. Write a list of 12 things that are positive about your life and your current situation... Write out the things that are also bothering you on the other side. If the things that are bothering you are more than 12 things write 2 good things for every extra bad thing. Then look at all of the negative things that you have been wasting your energy on and laugh at yourself.
Seriously. You need to laugh at yourself for wasting your energy on being stressed about these things. There is a whole big world of positive things in your life that you need to be happy about. Once your laughter has cheered you up. Tear the list up and toss it in the trash bin.
