Six diplomats have been sacked by Sudan's ruling military. On Monday morning, security officers tightened their hold on pro-democracy protestors as international pressure intensified. Sudan's ambassadors to the United States, the European Union, China, Qatar, France, and the country's mission head in Geneva, Switzerland, are among those affected by the decision, which was revealed in state media on Wednesday. They were sacked, according to the theory, because of their outspoken resistance to the coup.
