One thing I'm very interested in is "media". But what exactly are media?
"Media" is the plural of "medium", and in the common usage refers to communication channels (used for news, music, movies, and other data). Media include physical and online newspapers and magazines, television, radio, billboards, telephone, the Internet, fax and billboards source.
I see the word "media" with a more general meaning, as something that mediates or enables connections between different actors and through which an effect is produced source.
In this sense I see the following things as media
- (communication) media
- traffic infrastructure (streets, rail, airways/air networks) as it facilitates transport of goods and people and allows connections between physically separate areas
- language as it allows people to convey ideas, feelings, needs, and to coordinate their actions. The better people can communicate the less the risk for misunderstandings, conflicts and war.
- money as it allows the transmission of value from one person/entity to another

Standardization of media can enhance society's efficiency, e.g.
- standards or protocols like 1 language (English)
- the standardized shipping container (wiki) or
- the Internet (with http, ftp, tcp/ip).
- money: first Gold as global money, today the USD/Eurodollar, tomorrow Bitcoin that combines the advantages of Gold and the USD?
These 4 innovations changed the world by facilitating communication/transport.
What can Hive do? Can it be the 1 social medium to serve all of society's needs? I think Hive's advantages are clear:
- direct monetization of content (rewards for content producers via the Hive token, and rewards for long-term investors via curation)
- no censorship
- direct feedback (intellectual and monetary) between content producers and consumers
- ability to buy a stake in this network
- possibility to develop further tailor-made products (websites as @peakd or apps as @partiko or @ecency) as Hive is a decentralized network
- infinite scalability

Ich sehe das Wort "Medien" allgemeiner, als einen mittleren Zustand, als etwas, das Verbindungen zwischen verschiedenen Akteuren ermöglicht und durch das eine Kraft wirkt oder eine Wirkung erzeugt wird Quelle.
In diesem Sinne sehe ich die folgenden Dinge als Medien
- (Kommunikations-)Medien
- Verkehrsinfrastruktur (Straßen, Schienen, Luftwege/Luftnetze), da sie den Transport von Gütern und Menschen erleichtert und Verbindungen zwischen räumlich getrennten Gebieten ermöglicht
- Sprache, da sie es den Menschen ermöglicht, Ideen, Gefühle, Bedürfnisse usw. zu vermitteln und ihr Handeln zu koordinieren. Je besser die Menschen miteinander kommunizieren können, desto geringer ist das Risiko von Missverständnissen, Konflikten und Kriegen.
- Geld, da es die Übertragung von Wert von einer Person/Einrichtung zu einer anderen ermöglicht
Hier habe ich bereits über Ähnlichkeiten zwischen Geld und Sprachen geschrieben.
Die Standardisierung von Medien kann die Effizienz in einer Gesellschaft erhöhen, z.B.
- Standards oder Protokolle wie die Einigung auf eine Sprache (Englisch)
- der standardisierte Schiffscontainer (wiki) oder
- das Internet (mit http, ftp, tcp/ip)
- Geld: erst Gold als globales Geld, heute der USD/Eurodollar, morgen Bitcoin, der die Vorteile von Gold und USD in sich vereint?
Diese 4 Innovationen haben die Welt verändert, indem sie die Kommunikation erleichtert haben.
Kann Hive das eine soziale Medium sein, das alle kommunikationstechnischen Bedürfnisse der Gesellschaft befriedigt? Ich denke, die Vorteile von Hive liegen auf der Hand:
- direkte Monetarisierung von Inhalten (Rewards für Produzenten von Inhalten per Hive-Token und Rewards für langfristige Investoren per Kuration)
- keine Zensur
- direktes Feedback (intellektuell/monetär) zwischen Inhaltsproduzenten und Konsumenten

Veo la palabra "medios de comunicación" con un significado más general, como algo que media o permite las conexiones entre diferentes actores y a través del cual se produce un efecto fuente.
En este sentido, considero que los siguientes elementos son medios de comunicación
- medios (de comunicación)
- las infraestructuras de tráfico (calles, ferrocarriles, redes aéreas), ya que facilitan el transporte de mercancías y personas y permiten la conexión entre zonas físicamente separadas
- el lenguaje, ya que las lenguas permiten a las personas transmitir ideas, sentimientos, necesidades, etc. y coordinar sus acciones. Cuanto mejor pueda hablar/comunicarse la gente, menor será el riesgo de malentendidos, conflictos y guerras.
- el dinero, ya que permite la transmisión de valor de una persona/entidad a otra

La estandarización de los medios puede mejorar la eficiencia de la sociedad, por ejemplo

¿Qué puede hacer Hive? ¿Puede ser el único medio social que sirva para todas las necesidades de la sociedad? Creo que las ventajas de Hive son claras

- no hay censura
- retroalimentación directa (intelectual y monetaria) entre los productores de contenidos y los consumidores
- posibilidad de comprar una participación en esta red

- escalabilidad infinita
