The dates at a glance

Around 500,000 participants attended the ceremony, and over 1,000,000 visitors are now expected

• The street festival of the Carnival of Cultures will start on Friday, June 7, from 4 to 12 pm. On Saturday and Sunday it starts at 11 clock, end is also at 24 clock. Monday is the last day you can visit the carnival from 11am to 7pm.

• The street parade on Sunday starts at 12.30 pm at Yorckstraße / Großbeerenstraße.

• The Children's Carnival will take place on Saturday, June 8th. At 12.30 clock starts the costume parade on Mariannenplatz. The goal is the Görlitzer Park, where a children's party takes place from 15 to 19 o'clock.
