Speaking as the chief guest, Deputy Commissioner Ziauddin Ahmed said, the class of land can not be changed without the permission of the government. Land is more loved than life. The neighboring landowners are relatives and disputes arise with them. About 75 percent of the cases are related to this land related issue.
