Simple and easy

Creamy Carbonara ( chiclen fillet)

Ingredients:

2kl. pasta (or any kind of pasta will do)
3 packs of nestle cream
2 big can evaporated milk
2 big can mushroom (slice thinly)
1/4 cup butter
3 beef cubes
Chicken fillet (or sweet ham cut into dice boilled and shereded ) or bacon.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Tunawin ang butter sa kawali meduum heat.

  2. Ilagay ang ham,duce sweet at isunod ang mushroom gisahing mabuti hanggang sa maluto.

  3. Ilagay ang 3 packs ng nestle cream at evaporated milk. pakuluin at haluin ngndalwang minuto..

  4. Isunod ang 3 beef cubes.ito yong magpapalasa sa carbonara pero depende sa inyo kung gusto nyo pa ng mas malasa mag add lang ng magic sarap at powdered pepper.

  5. Patayin ang apoy.Ilagay sa pasta na naluto na.

  6. Top with grated cheese.
