Few years ago I was looking for some longer range walkie talkies and came across a brand called Baofeng. I ordered 2 different models from amazon to check them out. I was shocked by how cool they were. I also ordered a USB connector so I could use the computer to program all the channels I would want. This way, it makes setup time a whole lot easier.
