Bill Nye VS. Ken Ham

Creationism versus non-creationism and evolution and the big bang in the ark. This video is a debate between these 2 people from 2016 July 8 and it is important to look at the different scientists and others from both sides of the argument.

Charles Darwin saw mutations in animals. Creationists agree with Darwin. But cats don't become dogs, as far as we know. We have not seen that. There are 2 kinds of sciences: observable science and historical science. It is important to remember that science is the art of natural philosophy for understanding what we can see and observe and test and experiment with and study and everything in the present tense. Religion is the art of supernatural philosophy while science is natural philosophy. People have different world views.

Wolves became dogs and lions became cats. We all can see that lions and tigers and cats and cheetahs are all feline as in part of the cat family and you can look at the DNA, the genes. You can observe changes that are happening today and each day as we study life today in the present tense. Where do we come from?

However, we have to interpret the past and make assumptions on the past on what happened in the past. We should look at carbon dating for example. When we talk about the past and try to say the earth is a little old or very old, then we will probably assume that the patterns of life today was the same in the past as well. However, we were not there and we did not see it happened. That does not mean certain things did not happened, but it also does not mean that they did happen either.
