We are eager to say that we are finally live on our first exchange! Now anyone will be able buy and sell their coins. We would like to give a big thanks to coinexchange.io for putting their trust in us and accepting us as part of their vast portfolio of coins.

Short Version

-We will be listed on coinexchange.io, we think it follows all of the parameters we are looking for in an exchange.
-We will only have a BTC pairing, as we believe this way, we set the price to a minimum of 1 satoshi. The satoshi market allows us to avoid malicious people from buying our supply to later on manipulate the market, hindering the momentum of our project. Long Explanation

Why Coinexchange.io?

The selection was simple; we were looking for:
-An exchange that had previously worked with PCN/DAPS
-An Exchange with high daily volume trading, therefore allowing users to have liquidity among trades. (Reason why we didn’t and won’t apply to new/low volume exchanges)
-A pleasing UI (User Interface) so even beginners would be able to trade DAPSX.
-An established and recognized exchange on the market.

Above were the parameters we took in consideration in our path of looking for an exchange in which Coinexchange.io was our first and obvious choice.

We understand that the current DAPS token team has gone through problems with this exchange, however, we cannot confirm the allegations made by them are true and for that reason we won’t take them in consideration.

We believe that in the crypto space we should all work together for the greater good and not dismiss other projects/exchanges just for the sake of doing it, an idea that some teams have proven unable to do.

Why is the Pairing BTC only, will there be other pairings in the future?

We believe that having many pairings would not benefit our project at the current stage. Take in consideration that this is the beginning of our journey, we will consider them once we are finally establish on the market, but for now it will remain as BTC pairing only.

We hope you understand that by doing this we keep the price stable, thus protecting the end user from losing any money, as it would be the last thing we want. Proceeding this way avoids any of the issues mentioned.

How was the exchange listing funded?

Our Initial funding was made from a donation from each member of our team, this would ensure that the people joining would be of great use for the coin and would contribute to the project.

Due to BTC price decrease, we felt it was unfair to receive such compensation so we decided to lower our funding by more than half, which would end up benefiting DAPSX as that is our main objective.

A large factor of our delayed listing was due the fact our team decided to accept the suggestion of one user on our telegram chat who suggested reduced priced coins to those willing to help fund our endeavor. We considered such as a way to help early investors to recoup from their losses of other failed projects and also create a volume to start with, as people would already have tokens to trade. This was eventually dismissed after some receiving an influx of threads and false allegations from malicious people towards our moderators and team members.

We want to clarify the DAPSX project is not an ICO. This was brought up to in messages claiming our tactics were unethical (Selling lower prices to early investors), we are simply giving an incentive to those willing to take a risk and help us grow.

We will detail more about the distribution and Balance in a further update, also showing our investors that we are fully transparent and we plan to remain that way.

Part of our funding is still intact, meaning we are using it to fund our second exchange! We have just submitted our application and are waiting on their end for an answer, our path does not end there, as each coin sold will be used to fund our third exchange.

Remember as we said before, we are only looking for high volume and well recognized exchanges, so follow our updates to see the accomplishments to come!
