You just need to download dApp in your mobile and read all the instructions related to the working of ACT app. User will buy votes to support any cause and after purchasing votes user will have some proposals on their screen which are pending for acceptance by curator. User vote the quality proposal and after submitting vote from user ACT automatic curator engine cross check that proposal and accept that proposal and the submitter will get ACT tokens in result of this process. This is how act works and support citizen’s cause and improve their social condition. Four Phases of Curation Engine
ACT curation engine has four phases from submitting of proposal to funding of proposal. (1) Submission of proposal need tiny amount of ETH because act uses ethereum platform, proposal is public so people can look into that and vote if they feel that this is a potential proposal. (2) Contacting through random people to confirm the validity of proposal from the one who submitted the proposal, this phase is known as Curation. (3) Third phase in which proposal proceed globally to check if the proposal will be completely meet the rules set by ACT officials. (4) Last phase in which people vote for potential and quality proposal.
