ACT is a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) which address social accountability. This is done by collecting micro payments from citizens. These micro payments are then used to fund grass roots proposals for a change. ACT comprised of two parts one is where citizens purchase votes and apply them to proposal and second part consists of ACT curation engine (ACE) where token of ACT regulate rewards of curator. ACT curation engine abbreviated as ACE is the main focus of ACT organisation because ACE contains all the functionality which is required to reward the citizens that holds tokens of ACT and termed as ACT and ACTION. Procedure for citizens required to use ACT :
1: Download mobile App in any mobile device.

Votes hold a great importance because when a typical threshold of votes for a particular proposal reaches, proposal is funded and a smart and reliable contract starts. So when the crowd is funding ACT still allows creative ideas in order to get innovation as innovation is the aim of ACT. There is an option of “TOP UP” and “PAY AS YOU GO” in ACT mobile app which is meant to keep the user account on top for their friend so that they can SMS and respond to a SMS from user’s friend in the time of need. In order to respond to proposals users use to keep their votes topped up. ACT is de facto global platform. ACT drives social accountability by funding the top proposals which get the most votes by the citizens. And citizens are ought to use it in such a way which is parallel and consistent with the purpose with which citizen want to address through social accountability.
