Dance thru Life

Every day I choose to move my body.

I put on music, and barefoot, I begin to move.
Even when I have resistance… the music helps me and so does the knowledge that any movement will do.

It doesn’t have to be some “exercise move” or “yoga move” to feel right and do good for my body.

I often actually begin by rolling around on the floor. Simple.
I then move through the 5 developmental stages (another topic) and then up to dancing.

I always feel terrific afterwards!
Lighter, happier, energized yet relaxed / released.

I highly recommend movement to music, every single day, like a ritual or prayer to step into your greater potential.
