Let's feel beautiful during a pandemic!
Lately I've been hearing lost of people, mostly women, complaining that have gained weight and have not been active as they're lock downed and cannot go out.
I believe we can even improve our body and the way we eat thanks to these times. After all, we have more time to prepare our meal at home.
I have been working on some asanas that are good for digestion, body posture and building strength.
