Good night!
I'm glad there are good movies.
When I had delivered all the stuff my grandmother had left me, I brought the van back to my brother, because he needed it today. I stayed overnight, watching movies.
So, last night I watched the movie Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters.
It was abysmally lacking.
Short review:
Written and directed by Tommy Wirkola, and starred by Jeremy Renner (Hansel), Gemma Arterton (Gretel), and in supporting cast Famke Janssen, Peter Stormare, Thomas Mann, Pihla Viitala and Derek Mears.
The movie follows the tale of Hansel and Gretel, two siblings who due circumstances, happened to defeat a witch in a house made of sweets, and subsequently started hunting witches.
There was no discernible character arc for any of the characters (if not counting Hansel figuring out that there could be good witches), and the plot was unimaginative and unsurprising.
In conclusion the film was, in one word, boring.

The apples were ripening up. I'll take my boys there soon to pick some, so we can make some apple mash or chutney.
My brother's dog Nuuk:
See ya!
