Daily Fantasy Sports - MLB

A little late in the day, but there is still a few hours before the bulk of the schedule begins...

Clayton Kershaw is the obvious stud at the pitcher position, if you want to spend up for him (12K). There are several very good options at lesser prices that can offer some safety, provide a decent ceiling and allow you to spend up on some hitters.
Lance McCullers comes in under the 10K and his Astros opened at a -170 favorite. He is returning from a stint on the DL with back discomfort and his rehab work has been positive.

At catcher, I like Kershaw's battery mate, Yasmani Grandal.

At 1b- Edwin Encarnacion or Eric Thames. Thames has cooled off slightly and may be overlooked tonight.

2B- Jason Kipnis could have a big game. The Indians are facing a righty pitcher with an elevated ERA (over 6.00)

SS- I did mention the righty that is facing the Indians. I'm looking for a monster game from Fransisco Lindor.

3B- Need to pay down somewhere and hopefully, we can squeeze Jedd Gyorko's hot bat into the lineup.

OF- DBacks are facing a pitcher they handled 8 days ago. Gregor Blanco (especially in the lead-off position) and David Peralta. Stephen Piscotty rounds out my outfield

Additional players (with lesser price tags) to consider if your lineup needs trimming... Chris Hermann at catcher, Marwin Gonzalez or Hanley Ramirez at 1B, Brandon Drury at 2B, Chris Owings at SS.

Good Luck
