Sushi (寿司?) Is a Japanese dish consisting of a vinegar rice called shari (舎 利?) Combined with another ingredient called neta (寿司 ネ タ?) Which is usually raw fish or seafood. out of Japan, one of the iconic dishes of Japanese cuisine, while its consumption is only occasional in Japan. The most common types of sushi are nigirizushi, consisting of a hand-made shari ball covered with a slice of neta, makizushi which are rolls of nori containing shari and other ingredients or chirashizushi compound of shari covered with various accompaniments.
