Based on my experience, the answer is really simple. Move away from those toxic people.
There's a saying that tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are. This is so true, if you are friends with 4 criminals, you'll be the 5th one so if you are surrounded by people with bad energy, no matter what you do, you will receive them 100% of the time.
So the best thing is move away from them and surround yourself with positive people, people with good energy.
Once you do that, you'll start to change your life from being negative to positive.
