As a part of the TribeGlobalLove Initiative, we present the series ~ Poetic Impact
There are so many poems that cycle out without getting their due views or rewards and some that have not cycled out and are worthy to been seen by more eyes.
Poetic Impact will be an avenue for putting poems in the Spotlight that have been chosen as great literary works for curation. We will showcase these poems as their creators stand in the shadows and let their works take the spotlight. And they can happily do so as proud creators of exceptional works.
Also, another unique thing about this series is each artist will have one or more of their poems in the spotlight and they will be awarded 2 SBD total for the poems we present.

Ghosts
This poem is about the mask we wear that can keep us divided and separate producing opportunities missed for true happiness. I love the flow of this poem. This poem is a magnificent rendering of what sums up to be the fact that we only live now, It takes you on a journey of life and some choices we make as well as mistakes. One of the things I would like to highlight that stood out to me in this poem is its reference to the time spent on fighting over religion and politics. I find this to be so true from personal experience. I don’t know how many times others have tried to pull me into conversations about religion or politics which I consistently decline to take part in. It is a very well written poem and is a brilliant read that allows us to reflect on cycles we experience within our lifetime.
