Today I want to share my story with the friends of Steemians, this is the story of how Aceh in the past and Aceh in the present.
Before I describe at length, Steemit friends would have heard how the story of Aceh's glory in the Kingdom of Aceh, namely during the reign of Sulthan Iskandar Muda. During the reign of Aceh he experienced very rapid progress in the field of economy, religion and education. Even many who came from outside Aceh to study in the country porch this Mecca, such as from Malaysia neighboring countries and other countries so forth.
During the kingdom of Aceh, the educational system in Aceh was developed through a recitation center in each Master-led teacher called Teungku. Every village in Aceh has one "Meunasah" that serves as a vehicle for basic education for children, in addition to teaching the Qur'an and the Book. Menasah in Aceh is also functioned as a place of worship. And also used as a place to settle various kinds of cases and occasionally serve as a place of celebration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad SAW and other major Islamic events. So do not be surprised if when Adzan Magrib (call to worship) aceh people flocked to the mosque and Meunasah in order to perform prayers in congregation, as well as the obligatory time of the five other prayers.
As the years passed, the months changed and the days changed entry of invaders Dutch colonies and Japanese colonies, many of the Ulama as teachers or martyrs (fighters) in the struggle against the invaders. So Aceh is easily mastered in some period of time.
After Indonesia gained independence on August 17, 1945, then aceh began to clean up little by the rest of the struggle and fighting spirit of the people of Aceh. The people of Aceh are willing to be shaheed (died in battle) in war to consider self-esteem, nation and religion.
Very decent right? if Aceh is nicknamed "Seuramoe Mecca" (Veranda of Mecca).
But what about the condition of Aceh now?
As we see and feel today is very different from what inherited by Indatu (ancestors), both in terms of tradition, economy, culture, religion and customs. It is clearly different from the current condition of Aceh with the condition of the Sultanate Aceh.
One of them can be seen from the influence of Dutch colonialism and Japan, how not the aceh people much didoktrin with the doctrine of their colonialism. And the rapid influx of western culture to Aceh has also greatly influenced the development of culture in Aceh, so that the people of Aceh now seem indifferent and do not defend the heritage of Indatu (ancestors). even if there is only a small part who still cares about the conditions we are experiencing right now, and even then only those who have strong Faith in their heart and who still opened the eyes of the heart by Allah SWT, "Na'uzubillahi Min Zalik".
