I am sure some hardcore lawers advised him doing so. Too bad there are lots of people out there, that are very well aware what he had been doing for a long time.
On the other hand he is kind of a victim as well. He was controlled, funded and manipulated by certain people. Let us wait what future holds for him, and for those that were behind.
