Amazon accepting cryptos???

After i talked about a rumor on the internet about Amazon start accepting bitcoin as payment: #1 Crypto For The Day - Bitcoin broke the downtrend? U.S. Col. Neil Armstrong Sanders a petition created in june by "to show continued leadership in innovation by eagerly accepting two of the most trusted and proven cryptocurrencies in existence: Bitcoin and Litecoin." and has allready 10500 signatures.
Is this possible?
In my opinion this is possible but not in the near term because one big reason: price fluctuation, is kinda hard for one of the biggest e-commerce platform control prices with the bitcoin fluctuation right now and probably the development of this new form of payment is not their priorities and is a complex matter. If they accept it now they will need to trade instantly for dollars and that doesnt serve the purpose of accepting bitcoin.
Is a very interesting idea and we may be seeing some use of the cryptocurrency in this big company because they recognize innovation, and bitcoin and blockchain technology is one of the best right now.

10500 signatures is not alot for a company with millions of costumers but every opinion and desire of the community helps spread the word and bring new people to this new revolution.
