Ripple, the company has no intentions or power to do so. The company came into existence after 100 B XRP’s were already created. They had no influence on the amount of XRP’s that were created. The only reason some of the top management team of Ripple own many XRP tokens is that the creators of XRP gave them the tokens after they were brought in to manage XRP’s functionality. This, therefore, doesn’t give them the power to create more XRP.
