One of the biggest cryptocurrency exchanges in India has till 2018 has announced relaunch in India after shutting down in September 2018. Zebpay shut down operations in India citing bank ban as a reason. The CEO of the company announced the relaunch on Wednesday and said that they will come back with a new team and added features to Zebpay.
This is the direct result of binance acquiring WazirX, the current best exchange in India. Also, Supreme Court of India in a recent statement said that it isn't against cryptocurrency and maybe that's also a reason for the relaunch. But the statement was made just a few days ago I think the success of WazirX is the main reason behind the relaunch.
For me, the reason of relaunch doesn't matter as the only thing that it is gonna do is that it will increase awareness among people of India which in turn will result in growing user base. The things are looking good right now and the market is starting to recover. Let's just hope that we reach our previous all time highs soon.
