My bottom line is that xCoins works... It's a fast network with a very original "reversal system".
However, the high fees and low purchase limits severely limit it's appeal as an everyday exchange system.
In my view, if all you need is to get a transaction through and all you have is PayPal, it's a good solution in a pinch. For typical investors and traders; however, it's probably not a good go-to option.
