I usually like the cryptocurrencies which have not yet exploded so you can have a higher leverage on earnings. My current strategy is to do daily trading with a fixed budget and my earnings to invest them in other long-term alts. Like that I can minimize the risk and maximize the profit.
One of my recent investments is SONM. Right now it has a ridiculous price of $0.076/token. So with 200 USD you can buy 2600 tokens right now. I bought with 200 USD around 3000 tokens couple of days ago at a smaller price. Why I say it's a ridiculous low price? Lets see below.
From the business point of view SONM looks very promising. Imagine a platform where you can sell your extra resources to earn some money or where you can rent some resources for a short term project, gaming tournament or anything else at a very good price. Or maybe the big fellas like Amazon, Facebook, Google or others to see it like a quick way to expand their resources when needed.

From the token/market point of view the tokens can be used either to rent resources or to trade them, so either way you will not have an invaluable token.
You can see in the coinmarketcap chart below that it's price went quickly up to over 1 USD, then 0.90, 0.70 and then fall to it's current price of 0.076 USD. Why the price have fallen so much? Because the ICO speculants have dumped their ICO share and now are left only the long term investors. So in my opinion now it's the best time to buy it! It can go back up to over one dollar at least, but I think much more.
Remember the no-name coins which go in straight line and over night you see them up at xxxx% of their previous value? Well this is not a no-name coin and it has received a rating of 9 out of 10 on Hacked.com so I have big expectations from it.
I plan to add more to the portfolio, but even with 200 USD which you can buy ~2600 tokens right now, at 1 USD/token (price which already had), it's 2400 USD profit from a 200 USD initial investment. And it will go back to that for sure.
So do your research and prepare your portfolio buying from the bottom and not from the top! Like that you will always be a happy investor ;)
