First, we need to explain what a smart contract is to understand what Jincor project is really about. If I have to give you one sentence about smart contracts then I would say:

"Smart contracts are the future of contracts."

Or if you want it just a little bit more technical:

"Smart contracts are programmed piece of code on the blockchain used to keep a record of all financial transaction changes and entries without the possibility of human mistake or counterfeit and automatically implementing all terms written inside of code by multiparty agreement."

The birth of smart contracts happened in 1996 when Nick Szabo made his whitepaper titled "Smart Contracts: Building Blocks for Digital Markets." We could say that he was a little bit in front of his time because for real implementation and wider usage of his idea we needed to wait for the invention of the blockchain. Especially Ethereum gave a smart contracts perfect platform to flourish and become one of the blockchain parts with best usage possibilities. Implementation and usage of smart contracts can make significant cost and time savings to companies and exclude mistakes made by human factor. But there are still some obstacles that need to be dealt with before smart contracts become a standard and mainstream all over the world. For smaller users and companies the main problem is a current price and technological barrier.

Jincor is here to deal with all present obstacles and introduce smart contracts in everyday usage. Jinkor team developed blockchain platform that will allow everyone interested in using smart contracts and cryptocurrency payments to use it without any technical skills and in a user-friendly environment. Jincor will provide corporate smart contracts templates, which will cut the cost of their implementation in great percent, making them accessible even to smaller companies. The platform is built as a great solution for all smart contracts, cryptocurrency payments, and digital arbitration system. The main idea behind Jincor is to make business relations 100% transparent, effective and reliable using smart contracts.
In last few years banks started rapidly implementing smart contracts in their business and saving billions of dollars with their usage. It is expected that smart contracts fully dominate not just banking sector but a wide range of profitable industries in the years to come.

To continue development of their platform which is right now in beta phase Jincor team members are raising funds through an ICO campaign. ICO is starting 15.11. 2017 and will be closed 30.12.2017. They are issuing 35 000 000 JCR tokens of witch 28 000 000 will be available for purchase during this ICO. JCR tokens are developed on Etherium blockchain and will be the only way of making payment for Jincor services and for usage of Jincor platform. Soft cap of this ICO is 2 500 000 USD and maximal amount of raised funds will be 26 600 000 USD. The price for one JRC token during ICO phase will be 1USD.

As we can see on Jincor roadmap they started their project in July of this year by performing closed beta testing. The future development speed will be determined by an amount of funds raised during ICO process. The platform will be developed through whole next year and new functionalities will be added to it allowing more options for a wider number of users. To know more about all details, plans for future development and way of spending ICO funds, I encourage you to read Jincor Whitepaper. https://jincor.com/en/whitepaper

At this moment there are 20+ members in Jincor team working on the development of all aspects around Jincor platform. They plan to employ more team members after ICO is over so they can speed up a development of the platform.
