The Tail of Two Doggies (or The Tale of Two Cryptos) - Dogecoin vs LiteDoge

Dogecoin is a "classic" cryptocurrency. Seems it's been in existence since the beginning of crypto-time! It's a very much loved "fun" cryptocoin and has been a favorite of cryptohoarders.

When I first saw LiteDoge, I though, "What's up with this crypto? Dogecoin's little puppy pal? A little stray mutt, adopted by Big Doge?

On coinmarketcap.com, the Dogecoin chart begins on about December 15, 2013, while the LiteDoge chart begins in May 2015.

Dogecoin has a current Market Cap of about $273-Million, and LiteDoge has a current Market Cap of about $1-Million (Dogecoin's Market Cap is about 273 Times that of LiteDoge).

Dogecoin has a current Circulating Supply of about 110-Billion Coins, while LiteDoge has a current Circulating Supply of about 14.8 Billion Coins (Dogecoin's Circulating Supply is about 7.4 Times that of LiteDoge).

The current Dogecoin price in USD is: $0.002478, while the price of LiteDoge is $0.000067 (Dogecoin's price is about 37 times the price of LiteDoge).

This is kind of like comparing a fraction of a penny to a fraction-of-a-fraction of a penny.

I'm not too excited about LiteDoge, and I don't own any. However, I do own over one-million Dogecoins (I guess just to have a million of something!)

This doesn't mean LiteDoge is not worth considering. Low-value cryptos have often doubled, tripled or better. But I've already got plenty of dogs!

Wuff. Wuff... Nuff said.
