These simple steps will let you transfer your bitcoin, ethereum, and litecoin out of coinbase for free with no transaction fees. Give it a try!
Go to GDAX.com and log in with your Coinbase account information. (GDAX is owned by Coinbase and is an exchange for bitcoin, ethereum, and litecoin)
Follow your normal verification process like you would through Coinbase
In the top left select which currency you want to send
