Hard to say since I'm not that knowledgeable about ICN. I hold both coins and although I know more about Numerai than I do about Iconomi, I've heard more widespread support for ICN among the YouTube channels that I watch compared to Numerai and ICN has been around for longer. It was partly due to the video below by CryptoBaren.
