Personal Opinion:
If you read the article about the EU recommendations concerning cryptos, you will be amazed how positive they are, you will think that satochi nakamoto himself wrote them, this is great news that the EU sees a huge potential for cryptos, and a couple of days ago coinbase started their custody service to encourage institutional investors to join the crypto world, although things are moving slowly, but this is normal, and still prices are not affected by those good news but this type of news shows that governmental threat of a full ban is negligible, so, what is left is our ability to choose the right coins and HODL them.
