My "bio highlights" include:
- Founding investor in Napster
- Founder of social networking pioneer Ryze, the big influence on Friendster which in turn influenced Facebook
- Math Ph.D. at age 20 in nonlinear optimization
- Co-inventor of a P2P Hashing algorithm patent
- More recently founder of Coderbuddy, a 500 Startups portfolio company
- Starting up Soma Capital, focused on cryptocurrency & digital token investment and ecosystem development
- informal advisor to Dash cryptocurrency, and getting involved with some other crypto/token projects
- film & TV actor in my spare time, including w/ Robert De Niro in "Hands of Stone" :)
I've been on Steem for a bit now, and hope to start publishing more. Thanks to @hilarski and @anahilarski for bugging me to get more active each time I see them :).
I especially look forward to connecting with other folks involved with cryptocurrency/blockchain/DAG and also liberty-oriented projects, and have enjoyed reading many of your posts on those subjects. Also welcome meeting folks who visit Panama :)... I started getting involved in cryptocurrencies in 2013 and was CTO for one startup where I coded a bitcoin meta-exchange.
