There has been a lot of fear surrounding NEO this past week. We have seen the coin dropping in value tremendously after the news about China planning to regulate ICOs and even banning them became known. Investors anticipated the drawback and sold their coins making it drop from it's all time high of 53$ USD to a low of 29,60$ USD (at the time of writting).
All the confusion around the coin has made people afraid to invest their money in the coin.
