Since I am new to cryptocurrencies, I would like to know how someone trusts a dealer or trader to trade their bitcoins or any other altcoins and sells or trades those coins to buy dollars or other cryptocurrencies. What if they just receive the money and doesn't send the dollars or other altcoins?
