This morning Justice Cheeseman of the Federal Court of Australia handed down the first judgement in the Crypto Class Action finding that I have a prima facie case that Facebook & Google engaged in cartel and anti-competitive conduct in breach of Australian competition law and granting me leave to serve them in the US.

Background can be found in this post:

The Judgement is now available on the @jpbliberty website:

The Orders and soon the Judgement can be found on this site.

The Judgement can be also found on AUSTLII.

I am very pleased to have passed this first small but important step in bringing Big Tech to justice for unlawful anti-competitive and cartel conduct in banning the ads of the cryptocurrency industry in early 2018.
