Today, the value of a single bitcoin is down about 14% at $3,349, compared with around $5,000 in past days and representing a $27 billion loss of market value in Bitcoin, according to digital-currency site coinmarketcap.com
Part of the drop in Bitcoin's value has been said to be due to Dimon's comment at a banking conference that "bitcoin is fraud".
