Weekdays have always been the busiest days to us, and it is sometimes because of work or the usual errands we run. And at the end of week, it always feels like the two-day weekend is perfect for some getaway.

As is customary after Sunday Mass, I visit an elderly person. And even though my visit last Sunday was brief, what I saw serves as a reminder of what we may easily overlook. The holidays bring joy, laughter,
