Our "secure" gated community has been plagued by petty crime over the last 18 months or so. No one knows how this individual is accessing the community and why many presume it is most likely

This week our secure zone was invaded yet again by the same person who has been active for the last 18 months. I find it highly frustrating dealing with a community who are amateurs when it comes to crime.
