분쟁: 해결 VS 승부 분쟁에 관한 것들을 직접적 또는 간접적으로 다루는 것을 배우고 일로 다루다보니 형사소송법에서 강조하던 가치를 다시 생각해보게 됩니다. 일반인들은 형사소송의 피의자를 넘어 피고인이 되면 '무죄판결'을 가장 좋은 것으로 생각하고 미디어도 그렇게 다룹니다만, 사실상 가장 좋은 건 절차로부터의 조기해방이란 매우 법률스러운 표현이 아닐까 생각합니다.
